Skull Tattoos
Skull Tattoo Designs and Pictures
Skull tattoos are some of the most well known, though most people associate them with “those kind” of people. Skull tattoos have long been associated with those that are in prison, bikers, or gang members. While skull tattoos are still very popular among these populations today, they are becoming more mainstream. While skull tattoos are becoming more widely accepted, you still have to be a little bit on the dark side to want one. Tattoos are widely viewed as artwork, though skull tattoos are still seen as a bit macabre no matter what.
Skull tattoos aren't always so scary and dark anymore, though. Many people incorporate skulls into their tattoo without it being just one big bold statement. For instance, many people will make skulls the border of an armband, but there will be a lot more detail work so that you don't just see skull tattoos. Many people use skulls as a tribute to a friend that they had a relationship with that has passed away, as a way to carry on a joke or just to have something on their body that will always remind them of someone special. Other people get skull tattoos when they feel as though they have cheated death themselves.
While skull tattoos are still not for just anyone, they are more acceptable than they once were. Normal , every day people often have skull tattoos because they are symbolic or perhaps they just like what they look like.
